What is the minimum order for JML?
No project is too small; we have no minimum order.
How do I request some historical matching?
Bring a sample of the work you need duplicated to our shop or mail it to our location. We will match the piece and manufacture the exact quantity you require.
What is the typical turnaround for custom wood cuts?
Average turnaround is one to two weeks depending on material sourcing and current shop volume. Contact us directly for a more specific timeline for your project.
What grade of lumber is available?
We specialize in sourcing premium hard and softwoods of a higher grade than those typically stocked at most major commercial lumber distributors.
Which wood species are in stock?
We stock rough poplar, redwood, cedar, mahogany, oak, walnut, and maple, plus MDF and overstock from prior jobs. If you need something else, we can source it quickly.
Is it possible to order wood decking?
We manufacture and distribute a full range of exterior wood products, including decking and siding.
Do you provide wood staining services?
We do not offer in-house staining. However, we sell Ipe Oil and WiseCoat by DeckWise, which are professional-grade solutions for sealing your new decking and siding.
What is the difference between milling and manufacturing?
Milling involves processing raw logs into building materials. Manufacturing is the specialized process of cutting and shaping those materials into finished, custom products.
Must all orders be placed via the phone?
We enjoy meeting our clients in person. Visit our shop to discuss your project details. Alternatively, feel free to email us, and a member of our team will respond to you promptly.
Is job site delivery an option?
Yes, we offer delivery services for an additional fee based on distance. Please note that all deliveries are curbside only, so please have personnel on-site to move the materials.
